    Our History Through The Years

    2011

    Cetas Healthcare
    This was the year of the foundation when Cetas Healthcare came into existence. We started in Singapore and Bangalore with only two people. We bagged our first big project within the first month with a leading MedTech company.

    2011-2014

    MedTech clients

    We continued working with big MedTech clients in the APAC region during this period. With a small team of 6 members, we successfully positioned ourselves as APAC experts. We delivered high-profile products and supported crucial product launches.

    2015-2016

    MedTech companies
    This is the period when we started making headway towards our global presence. We started getting projects from the global HQs of major MedTech companies in the USA and Europe. By the end of 2016, we had more than doubled in size and had grown to 15+ people.

    2017-2019

    MedTech company

    This is when we started preparing for the upcoming transition from a boutique research agency to a global Mid-Size company. We invested heavily in upskilling and improving processes.

    We focused significantly on consistently delivering high-quality insights to our clients, project after project. We won many big brand contracts and signed MSAs with them to provide quality services for their new launches in different geographies.

    We attracted talents from big companies because we had the vision to be the world’s largest MedTech and diagnostic research company. We have grown to 40+ team members.

    2020-2022

    MedTech and diagnostic research

    Our growth continues despite the COVID impact. We became a preferred partner for big companies like – GECH, Karl Storz, Boston Scientific, B Braun, Align, Cytvia, and many more.

    In May 2022, we reopened our new Mumbai office, and after 2.5 years of lockdown, we realized that we had grown significantly to almost 80+ team members. Our continued quality delivery has resulted in a 100% client retention rate.
