Leela has 20 years of expertise working with global organizations in market intelligence, business strategy, customer insights and market research. After beginning her career in the financial services technology industry at Fiserv, Inc., and FIS Global, she then moved to Johnson Controls to build a marketing insights program. Before coming to Cetas, she spent over 5 years in healthcare, leading global customer insights programs at GE Healthcare’s Imaging, Digital, and Services businesses. Leela holds a B.A. in English and French from Marquette University and an MBA from Marquette University with a specialization in Marketing.
Leela has built numerous market and customer intelligence programs and completed hundreds of customer and marketing strategy projects within the financial services, building systems, and healthcare industry. She has deep-domain expertise in marketing strategy, competitive and market intelligence, market research, segmentation, and analytics. She is known for her expertise in global organizations to build and implement strategic marketing and customer intelligence programs that enable market opportunities, product development, and competitive advantage. Leela believes that market and customer insights can have a significant impact on business growth, product development and strategy.
Leela is based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking and traveling to historic sites.
